The Phoenician is a property we have produced in repeatedly. Our records show 8 events there between 2023 and 2025. The work there has run to presentation, lunch and breakfast formats.
Because we have been in this room before, the planning starts further along. We know the load-in path, the house rules and which quirks cost people time on show day.

What we bring into the room
The package is scoped to the event, not to a rate card. A single-room presentation and a multi-day program need different things, and the walk-through is where that gets settled.
- Audio. Speech reinforcement built around the room, wireless coordinated in advance, and a mix that holds up from the back row.
- Video and presentation. Screens sized to the room, switching, playback and confidence monitors, with slides tested before the doors open.
- Recording and streaming. Capture for later use, or a live feed out to the people who could not travel.
- Crew. Technicians who have worked this property and do not need the room explained to them.
